Bruce Caporn having been at school at St John's in Leatherhead was admitted as a solicitor in 1957 after passing his professional examinations with honours. Bruce trained as a Solicitor in the City of London and joined Bowles & Co in 1958, becoming a Partner in the same year.

Bruce has extensive specialist expertise in non-contentious matters; in particular property and commercial work, with a portfolio of private and company clients. Bruce has acted for the UK's largest firm of Consulting Engineers, now a Public Company, for many years.

Bruce is now a Consultant to the practice.
