Timothy is originally from Cape Town, South Africa, and was admitted as an Attorney in 2003. He trained and practised as a commercial litigator in a leading commercial law firm in Cape Town, handling a diverse range of matters relating to commercial, property and landlord and tenant disputes.

Timothy and his family moved to the United Kingdom in 2006, whereupon he did some regulatory work at ACCA, investigating complaints against Insolvency Practitioners.

Timothy joined Bowles & Co as an Assistant Solicitor in our Litigation Department in September 2008 handling a wide range of matters, including commercial and property disputes, insolvency related matters and debt recovery.

Timothy has joined the ever growing throng of cyclists on our roads and happily cycles to work, a distance of some fifteen miles each way.
